Flight Amendment & Cancellation Policy –

Every booking made on https://agents.investholiday.com is subject to cancellation/amendment charges levied by the airline, which may vary with respect to flight and booking class.

Some bookings may be non-refundable as per the specific airline’s policy.

Some bookings cannot be cancelled partially as per the specific airline’s policy.

Cancellations and modifications can be made online or offline by sending an email to agents@investholiday.com.

We assist you in making various amendments for bookings. In few cases, you may need to contact the airline directly.

Amendment charges on https://agents.investholiday.com are subject to change as per the policy of the airline, which varies due to flight timings and booking class.

To cancel the tickets within 24 Hrs of the journey, Invest Holiday recommends customer to contact directly to the Airlines and after that, send the cancellation request to us Via Mail for refunds.

In case of direct cancellation through airlines, refunds will be given according to airlines charges along with our service charge as above mentioned. After flight departure & in case of No Show, we don’t entertain any cancellation request..

In case of No-show the refund amount is entirely depends upon the airlines. Invest Holiday has nothing to do with the refund amount. Invest Holiday will refund the same amount to the customer, which we receive from airlines in case of No-Show.

The User Agrees to pay fee charged by Invest Holiday upon any type of cancellations or amendments made post booking irrespective of refund/amendment amount, Invest Holiday will charge INR 100 per sector for domestic flights & INR 500 for international flights. Any refund/amendments will include these charges.

Hotel Amendment & Cancellation Policy –

Every booking made on Invest Holiday is subject to cancellation/amendments charges levied by the Hotels, which may vary with respect to hotels and room types. Invest Holiday levies negligible amount of INR 100 per room for domestic and INR 500 per room for international hotel booking as cancellation/amendment service charges.

Some bookings may be non-refundable as per the specific hotel’s policy.

CCancellations can be made online/offline but modifications can be only requested by sending an email to agents@investholiday.com

Refund Policy –

https://agents.investholiday.com will process the refund only after getting cancellation request/claim from the customer/travel agent/corporate company through email.

Refund against the cancellation of air tickets & hotel booking will be credited directly in customer’s mode of payment after receiving the refund amount from the Airlines & Hotels respectively.

Invest Holiday will process refund within 72 hours only after receiving it from the concerned Airlines/Hotel/Transporter/Other Suppliers.

Due to Banking Procedures, Refund in credit cards may take duration of 72 hours while it may take 7 days in case of net banking transactions.

Covid-19 & Visa requirements: Invest Holiday does not advice any Covid-19 & Visa requirements related to your travel bookings. It is expected that customer check the guidelines of the traveling country, transit country/countries and the airline related to Covid-19 & Visa prior to booking their hotel or flight. Invest Holiday does not take any responsibility of issues faced by customer due to the Covid-19 or Visa related issues but we will try to help our customer as far as we can.
